Extended Care
Extended Care is supervised by a staff member that implements activities such as arts and craft, outdoor play, videos, computer usage, and games.
All students enrolled in extended care must attend Study Hall A or Tutoring.
Hours
For Students who attend Chinese Language School
Fridays 3:00-4:00 p.m. |

For Students who do not attend Chinese Language School
Mon - Thurs 4:00-6:00 p.m. Fridays 3:00-6:00 p.m. |

*If not registered for the year but you may need the serice occasionally, the fee is $30 each time and requires registration a week in advance. Plus $10 for additional hours.

Conditions and Policies
Students must attend Study Hall A and B on Mondays through Thursdays. Students not regularly enrolled in Study Hall A & B may register for Fridays or Minimum Days if necessary.
When a student is registered for Extended Care, the parent must indicate which days of the week the child will be attending. Attendance will be taken each day. If a child is absent from Extended Care, the parent must notify the office ahead of time. Please provide a written note. Please telephone the office if the situation is immediate. We must be notified of a child's absence ahead of time to ensure the safety of the child.
Students may be signed up for one to five days a week and also only minimum days, if needed. Students may be picked up anytime before 6:00 p.m. Parents will be asked to sign out their child.
Students may be enrolled anytime during the school year if space permits.
